Romantic Rollins

Loved this session and this fun couple! We had such a blast and they

were up for everything - we walked all over that campus!

Luckily the weather was cooperative and the sun took

its time going down. I love to do engagement sessions because

I enjoy making images that show the relationship between people

and families. I hope these pictures will be a lasting memory

of everything you are to each other - Enjoy!

Springs in the Fall

This has been a beautiful fall hasn't it! Actually,

we did this session a few weeks ago when there were still leaves on the hardwoods

and this day was postcard beautiful. Being at Wekiva Springs was

really a bonus because of the gorgeous water. This senior - one of my 2009 Senior

Reps is a great person to work with. He's easy going and the camera loves

him - Enjoy his portraits.

I am beginning my search for 2010 Senior Reps so if you will be

know a senior next year or you kow of anyone

who is outgoing, involved and knows lots of kids at their

schools, just add a comment to the end of this post telling me your

email and I'll get the info to you!

Golden Day!

This late afternoon session was a feast of color! The trees and plants

were getting ready for winter and my lovely senior, with her

amazing golden hair and beautiful brown eyes, looked perfect

in the scene. In a few of her pictures, you can see flashes of

city and Christmas lights in the background- love a little sparkle!

Thanks, you guys, for an amazing Friday afternoon. The  sun went

down quickly, but I really like the feel of these portraits.

Two for PreTurkey Day

Another fabulous best friend session - this time two awesome friends

who each looked adorable and looked major great in the variety

of places tucked back into the Maitland Art Center!

I hope you love your images, girls and moms!

Here's Part 2 - Aren't they so cute!!

Happy Camera Days

What an incredible senior season it has been - and I'm not done yet!

I have completely enjoyed every client I've photographed and their friends

and family, too! This senior's parents came along to her session

and their clothes were just right - lots of fall colors - as were

hers. Don't you just love the red sweater and that scarf ......and

see if you can spot her very cool shoes- love

accessory girls! Even better, see if you can spot this very versatile

young lady's sports accessory of choice. Have fun!

Gorgeous Color and an Awesome Senior

Had a lovely time with this senior and his younger brother. We had a cloudy day

but the cypress trees around Lake Lily were spectacular and fall was in the air.

His clothing choices were classic and worked well with

all the color around us. Fun, fun and so different from the

color three months ago. Also tried some dark chocolaty effects on the black and whites -

love the strong contrast that is perfect for guys. Thanks, you all -

I had a blast and hope you love your portraits!

Three of my favorite people!

These folks are just the sweetest people you will ever want to meet.

Our first photo session, two years ago was wonderful as was

the second, last year, whenthe kids' grandparents

joined us. This year, things had changed a bit -

he is now quite taller than her! She is more beautiful and

is now in high school! Mom is proud and warm as she can be.

Thanks, you all - it was my complete pleasure!

Beach Time - well, lake time!

This session began at Brantley beach. We met early Sunday morning-

hoping we'd beat the crowds since it was a beautiful day!

Had a blast with this senior and his cute, cute girlfriend. We found some

unusual views - yes, those wood are from Brantley beach! Then,

his parents came with their boat and that was an awesome backdrop if there

is one! I was excited by the challenge of photographing in the

bright light - from the sun and the reflections off the water.

I am very pleased with the results - does he remind you of

some one famous?

Slide shows coming fast and furiously

Lots of sessions stacking up and I sure don't want to miss

posting any one's. The good news is - once your slide show is up,

it will stay up until the internet goes away (no time soon I hope).

That means you can always review it again and send your friends and

family here to take a look! Just scroll down until you find youself!

The good thing about not being first is that I can spread your show

across the whole screen - Love this program!

So, without further talk, here's another beautiful senior.

Thanks again, S and E - I so enjoyed our session!

Days of Summer

Summer days in central Florida are sometimes less than lovely. This

August day was different - a bit breezy and no storm clouds.

Enjoyed the largely empty campus of Rollins College and traveled all over

including lake side. I so enjoyed working with this senior

and her mom. She has beautiful skin and eyes - as you can see-

and my camera was happppy!

Families are soooo FUN!

Loved photographing this family. It was  fun and natural and we

found lots of great places to stop and grab some shots. We started at their

lovely home then traveled down the street to a park in the

neighborhood. Happily, there was still lots of green there

as well as clear water and some fall color. But what was really

so obvious - and I think you can see it in their pictures -

was the bond in their family. Their little guy was a dream and

mom and dad are gorgeous! Thanks so much for a lovely

afternoon!

Glorious Fall Colors and an Amazing Senior

Did you know that cypress trees have some of the most beautiful fall

colors of any tree. The leaves are lacy and the shape

of the tree is symmetrical. Just look for them around bodies of water -

these shots were taken around Lake Lilly in Maitland about

a week ago. So even though we live in sunny Florida, we

can definitely include fall color in our photos.

My model on this day was a beautiful senior whose family is

from India. She brought great clothes including a beautifully

colorful native costume which was gorgeous with that fall foliage.

Winter Park in the Morning

Love urban sessions and little downtown Winter Park - you know,

the old parts - are a haven of great places to shoot.

Most the time, you are trying to avoid all the shoppers

and browsers but Sunday mornings are pretty quiet.

We started about 9:00 and it was a bit cool - my so-cute senior

was not bothered at all. She dressed in her fav things and off we

went. We made a big circle which included garden areas, neat old buildings

and the famous train station. Loved her eyes and her hair - she was the

best! Thanks for looking and come back soon - I will be

posting a bunch in the next few days!

Senior with Style

One more quick senior and my posting for the day is complete!

Families are so fun to photograph and I had them all

for this session - including their adorable little puppy! All the girls,

mom included were so cute and ready to hop in front of the camera.

It was B's day though and she lit up the place. She is a bit up for

anything and I tried out some textures on a few of her proofs -

I'm sure I need more practice! She has a great look - loves her clothes

and I hope the whole family is pleased!

Update on some amazing seniors!

Things have been amazingly busy with the holiday season coming up

and senior season at it busiest! Love all the activity but

I am a bit behind in posting here. Its been mostly slide shows but

hopefully I'll get a few family sessions - and some adaorable kids I've

photographed lately up in the next few days - well, weeks?!

Here is very adorable senior. She was gorgeous and great in front

of the camera. Loved her session so much, and M and M, I

hope you love the pictures we got.
